1/2 lb. dried beef, browned in butter
2 C. cooked potatoes, diced
2 C. cooked peas and carrots (1 pkg. frozen)
Cream Sauce:
4 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. flour
2 C. milk
one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

For cream sauce, mix all ingredients together; cook until well blended. Layer dried beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas with cream sauce. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1/2 hour.
