WISCONSIN CRANBERRY PUDDING

This is my very favorite Christmas dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 c
molasses
1 1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
cranberrirs, chopped
1/2 c
hot water
3 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking soda
1
egg, beaten

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients . Steam for 1 1/4 hours. I use my electric roaster.
HARD SAUCE:
1 cup sugar,
1/2 pint crream,
1/2 cup butter and
1 tsp. vanilla or brandy.
Bring to a boil.
