Strawberry Vanilla Custard Pudding by Freda
It is a Partially Borrowed, Tried and True Recipe from an old 1950's cookbook that was given to me by an Aging and Very ill Aunt of one of My best Girlfriends in Missouri,(Jo).
She had been cared for by My friend Jo. This book was given to me before her passing as She enjoyed me & my Friend so much and was so grateful for the "Good times" we shared with her. Noting "She hated to Cook, and Knew I love to, along with my Love of Cookbooks. This recipe is In Her Memory. "Aunt Inez"
I make this and simply Layer Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, or Raspberries with this custard in a Footed dessert dish, with a dollop of Whip Cream on top. Very Good and Very Pretty.
Great for Valentines day or Mothers day, or Just any time you desire.
