cubed raisin bread or frozen french toast sticks, thawed
ice cream or whipped cream is optional but oh so good
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Beat eggs and egg whites in a large mixing bowl until foamy..
Beaat in milk, honey and vanilla.
Add ginger ale and rum. Stir in bread cubes.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Topped with ice cream or whipped cream makes it even more delish!
