Slow Cooker Raisin Cinnamon Bread Pudding

- raisin cinnamon swirl bread cut into cubes (5 cups)
- 1 can(s)
- sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- eggs, beaten
- ice cream
1Spray the inside of a 5 Quart slow cooker with cooking spray
2Place the bread cubes into the cooker
3Beat the milk, water, vanilla and eggs in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk.
Pour the milk mixture over the bread mixture.
stir and press the bread cubes into the milk mixture to coat.
4Cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until pudding sets.
Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
