Family Tested & Approved
Mix the cake mix and put into a 9 x 13" greased cake pan (preferably glass)
spread across 4 cups of cut up rhubarb (cut in small pieces)
sprinkle across the cup of sugar then pour the whipping cream across the top. (I sometimes use a bit more cream)
Put in to a 350 degree preheated oven....Take out once cake has cooked and there will be a nice creamy sauce at bottom.
