This is a family fav! It's very easy, quick, and cheap to make. For a stronger pumpkin flavor, just add more pumpkin.

1 pkg
(3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c
cold milk
1 c
canned or mashed pumpkin
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk together until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and cinnamon. Cover and chill according to pudding package directions before serving.
