This is an easy and inexpensive recipe invented by my brother Joel Jay Amaral. He makes it every year for Christmas and I have added it to my "Blue Ribbon Recipe Collection" I was publishing. I would like to enter it in a recipe contest with the hopes of winning another Blue Ribbon.
pistachio jello pudding
tub of cool whip
bag of marshmellows
8 OZ-16 OZ
crushed nuts you prefere (walnuts etc.)
fresh coconut (optional)
1MIX EACH INGREDIENT TOGETHER STARTING WITH THE TOP AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN THE LIST. CHILL FOR 4 HOURS AND PUDDING IS SET.
