Delicious! Like a warm hug!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This bread pudding is perfectly light and fluffy while still remaining warm and hearty. The bourbon sauce is just right - far from overpowering - so don't be deterred! Have a second helping for me.

When I last went to New Orleans, I tried the bread pudding in each restaurant and decided which one I liked best. This recipe is an exact replica! I am so thrilled to have found this; it is easy and delicious - especially heated. Thank you for sharing. Oh, and my two year old grandson loves it too (without the bourbon sauce of course!).

I have made this recipe twice now. AMAZING! I add 2tbsp. Rum to the pudding and I sustained rum for the sauce n thicken it up with some heavy cream. Light, airy, and yummy.
