1TOAST BREAD AND SPREAD WITH ALL THE BUTTER WHILE HOT.ARRANGE TOAST IN A BUTTERED BAKING PAN.SPRINKLE WITH RAISINS.

2STIR SALT AND ALL BUT 2 T. OF THE SUGAR INTO EGGS,ADD MILK AND VANILLA FLAVOR AND STIR TO MIX WELL.POUR OVER THE TOAST AND LET STAND 10 MIN.

3PRESS TOAST LIGHTLY DOWN INTO MILK OCCASIONALLY SO IT SOAKS UP MOST OF THE MILK MIXTURE.

4MIX CINNAMON WITH REMAINING 2T. SUGAR AND SPRINKLE OVER TOP.PLACE DISH DIRECTLY ON OVEN RACK.

5BAKE IN MODERATE OVEN 350*ABOUT 25 MIN.OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN AND TOP IS BROWN....SERVE WARM OR COLD
