- vanilla instant pudding ( sugar free)
- 2 c
- low fat or skim milk
- 1 can(s)
- eagle brand milk
- 1 small
- cool whip topping
- 1 1/2 c
- shredded moist coconut
- 1 pkg
- frozen mixed berries (optional)
1Im a cold mixing bowl add pudding mix and the milk mix until thickened
2Add the Eagle Brand MIlk and stir well.
Fold in the whipping topping and coconut and chill at least 1 hour before serving .
Garnish with toasted coconut .
When I served this I added some thawed frozen berries on the side as garnish.
