I needed a dessert for dinner one Sunday and it was a week before payday so I used whatever I could find in the cabinet this turned out very well..

Ingredients

1 small pkg
vanilla instant pudding ( sugar free)
2 c
low fat or skim milk
1 can(s)
eagle brand milk
1 small
cool whip topping
1 1/2 c
shredded moist coconut
1 pkg
frozen mixed berries (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Im a cold mixing bowl add pudding mix and the milk mix until thickened

Add the Eagle Brand MIlk and stir well.
Fold in the whipping topping and coconut and chill at least 1 hour before serving .
Garnish with toasted coconut .
When I served this I added some thawed frozen berries on the side as garnish.
