This is the best banana pudding ever, thats what i am told over and over and i just chuckle cause its soooo easy. made three of these over the weekend and my daughters coworkers devoured one and asked for more, the family ate one and some friends who dropped in demolished the third. So easy but so full of yummy goodness!

Ingredients

1 small box of jello banana instant pudding and ingredients to make it.
1-8oz tub of cool whip whipped topping
1 box nilla wafers (i wont substitute brand)
about 4 bananas cut in slices

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Prepare pudding according to package. And let sit for the two minutes.
2
Line bottom and sides of a 9 X 9 glass pan with Nilla wafers.
3
To the banana pudding bowl, fold in 1/2 tub of cool whip whipped topping. Fold until completely blended.
4
Pour 1/2 the pudding mix over the nilla wafers.
5
Lay rows of banana slices over this.
6
Place nilla wafers in between bananas, then top all this with remaining pudding.
7
Make rows of nilla wafers and bananas by alternating wafer, banana, wafer banana.
8

9
Refrigerate several hours before serving

My Aunt used to make Banana pudding with vanilla wafers. The recipe was from the Vanlla Wafer box. She also made Pineapple pudding with vanilla wafers - the recipe wasn't the same as the Banana pudding one - can anyone help me find the Pineapple pudding recipe?

I cover it but the cover doesn't touch the pudding. Hope you enjoy it.

Hi! I was just trying out this recipe but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to cover it while it's in the fridge?? Can I leave it uncovered?
