1 small pkg. instant choc. pudding
3/4 c. chilled milk
1/4 c. vodka (vanilla vodka if you can find it) but plain vodka will do
1/4 c. irish cream
1/4 cup creme de menthe liqueur
8 oz. extra creamy cool whip
1Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer
2Add alcohol and mix well
3Gently Fold in the coolwhip...
4Add pudding mix to small 2-3 oz cups and place in the freezer... don't worry the mix will not freeze... but will be a smooth mousse...
5I like to add a touch of whip cream for the top and some shaved chocolate just before serving
