Ingredients

3 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
1/4 c
sugar
3 large
eggs, beaten
2 can(s)
17-oz whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 c
half and half
1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix. Stir in corn, half and half and salt. Pour into greased, deep 2-quart baking dish.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until pudding is firm.
