Baked Rice Pudding

When I was a new bride, a neighbor lady taught me a few things in the kitchen. One thing she taught me was washing and soaking long grain rice, and this easy recipe. I think I baked it for my husband once a week LOL. It is delicious hot , warm or cold.
1rince rice, until water is almost clear. I soak it and keep changing the water to remove most of the starch.
2In a 3 quart baking dish, add all ingredients, stirring to incorporate.
3bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.
4You can stir halfway thru baking time if you wish. Check rice for doneness.
