Toll House Pie

Jane Zhorne - if you like pecan pie this also is for you. It is easy and not "very" fattening.

Ingredients

2
eggs
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
butter, melted and cooled to room temp
6 oz
chocolate chips
1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1
9 inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
2Blend in melted butter.
3Stir in chocolate chips
4Pour into pie shell.
5Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
