Sugar Free Whipped Pumpkin Pie

- reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 8 oz
- sugar free cool whip
- 1 large
- package sugar free french vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c
- lowfat milk
- 1/2 c
- canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp
- pumpking pie spice
1Combine milk, pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix with mixer or blender for 2-3 minutes.
2Gently fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Mix well.
3Pour pudding/Cool Whip mixture into the pie crust.
4Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
