Strawberry Sugar-Free Pie

- 9 inch pie crust, baked as directed & cooled
- 3oz. sugar free strawberry jello
- 8 oz box sugar free vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 qt
- fresh strawberries
- 2 1/2 c
1In a sauce pan mix water, pudding, and jello and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2Remove from heat & cool till slightly thick
3Put strawberries into bottom of cooked pie shell. You can us whole or sliced berries.
4Pour cooked mixture over the berries. Chill well. Can be served with cool whip.
