In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in eggs. Fold in Blueberries and Strawberries, making sure to coat berries well. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Add top crust, making sure to cut vents for steam. Brush with egg white, and sprinkle sugar over top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until fruit is tender, and crust is golden.
