Spring Peach-Pear Dream Pie

This is a no bake recipe! Very quick and easy to make. A friend of ours always made this pie and we just HAD to get the recipe for it. If you are a cheese cake fan you will most likely love this!

For those of you that like things on the lighter side, this recipe can be made with reduced fat graham cracker crust, 1/3 fat free cream cheese, and fat free coolwhip.

Ingredients

8 inch graham cracker crust
1 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c
peach or apricot preserves
1 1/2 c
cool whip, thawed
1 can(s)
(15oz) sliced pears, drained
1 can(s)
(15oz) sliced yellow cling peaches, drained

Step-By-Step

1Mix cream cheese and preserves together in a bowl, mixing well. Fold in whipped topping.

2Spoon into pie crust. Arrange fruit attractively on the top of whipped mixture.

3Chill for 2 hours and garnish with additional whipped topping if you like.
