- cream cheese, 8 ounces at room temperature
- 1 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 c
- creamy peanut butter
- snickers bars, chopped (reserve some for topping)
- 8 oz
- cool whip, thawed
- oreo cookie crust
1In an electric mixer, cream the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Add the chopped snickers.
2Fold in the Cool Whip and put in the cookie crust.
3Garnish with remaining Snickers and freeze.
Remove from freezer at least 1/2 hour and serve.
