pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter.
add your beaten egg, and beat until smooth.
place rhubarb in 9" pastry lined pie pan. pour your blended ingredients on top.
cut your top pastry into strips and place your lattice strips over your pie.
Bake at 450 for 10 min., then reduce heat to 350 for 30 min.
