1homemade pie crust

1 ccanned pumpkin

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspsalt

2eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make ~ punkin pan pie ~

1Preheat oven to 400 degree. Pat out your crust into a 9x13 baking dish, up the sides about 1 inch. Double a piece of foil and place over dough and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until turning golden around the edges. Remove from oven and set aside.

2In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add the milk and eggs and blend well.

3Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool, cut and serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. yummy. Note: This dessert is not thick, if you desire a thicker filling, double the filling ingredients and add more time for baking.
