Pumpkin Pudding Pie

Since the first time I made this pie, my family has requested I bring it to Thanksgiving dinner. But I love it so much we make it year round too. Quick, simple, and for all pumpkin lovers. However, the pumpkin pudding can be hard to find. So when I do find it, I stock up.

Ingredients

1 pkg
jello instant pumpkin pudding
1
tub cool whip topping
milk for making the pudding
1
deep dish graham cracker pie crust

Step-By-Step

1I follow the directions on the pudding for making pie filling. Then I add half of the tub of Cool Whip to the pudding, stirring in gently until mixed.

2Pour mixture into a deep dish graham cracker crust pie shell.

3Put pie in fridge for at least an hour to firm up. Top pie with the other half of the tub of Cool Whip and serve.
