Another recipe from my grandfather. Very easy!!!

Ingredients

1 large
can, crushed pineapple
1/2 c
sugar
2 medium
egg yolks
3 Tbsp
water
2 Tbsp
corn starch
1
baked pie shell

Step-By-Step

1Cook all ingredients over medium heat until thick. Cool slightly and pour into baked pie crust.
2Top with meringue or Whipped Cream.

Optional: You can add 1/4 cup heavy cream to ingredients and then increase water/cornstarch mixture, cooking until desired thickness is obtained.
