I wanted somthing refreshing an cool in these hot days of summer. it has become one our faves!!!!

Ingredients

1
pre-baked pie shell
14 oz
can of sweetened condenced milk
3 large
egg yolks
1 1/3 c
water
3 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
vanilla
1 Tbsp
butter
2 can(s)
small flat cans crushed pineapple drained
whipped topping

Step-By-Step

1In a sauce pan mix milk, water and cornstarch, cook on med to high heat stirring constantly till it thickens as a pudding consistency, turn off heat addpineapple, butter and vanilla. let cool.
2Pour into prebaked pie shell and spread evenly, refridgerate top with whipped topping before serving. store covered in fridge. Enjoy!!
