While playing cards at a friend's house recently, I had this tastefully delicious pineapple cheesecake pie and had to have the recipe. It is so easy and light!!!

Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
sugar
1 large
can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz
cool whip
1
graham cracker pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar; add the drained pineapple; fold in the Cool Whip. Can also be made with real whipped cream. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. ENJOY!
