Ingredients For southern pecan pie

3 x lgeggs, beaten
-
3/4 csugar
-
3/4 ccorn syrup, dark

2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspmaple extract
-
1 cpecans, chopped
-
1unbaked pie shell
- GARNISH:
-
whipped cream, unsweetened
How To Make southern pecan pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.

3Pour pecans into pie shell & spread evenly. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake 45 minutes or until not wiggling. Garnish with whipped cream.
