I used left over prime rib in the restaurant I worked at to make this recipe. It is wonderful.

Ingredients

3 lb
lean beef, shredded or ground, precooked & cooled, unseasoned
4 lb
apples
3 lb
raisins
6 c
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
ground cloves
1 Tbsp
salt
2
oranges, peeled, then ground
4 Tbsp
lemon juice
4 c
apple cider or grape juice or orange juice

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together & set in fridge overnight before using.
2Use as much as needed & freeze the rest.
