- 1 c
- granulated sugar
- 1 c
- maple syrup (or white karo syrup)
- 3 large
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- 2 1/2 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts
- unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell
1Mix all ingredients except nuts in mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended. Using spatula, stir in nuts. Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell.
2Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. (If it jiggles in the center, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the center bubbles). Remove from oven and cool.
