Pecan Pie

I always get asked to make these so I guess people like it. You can use light corn syrup if you like. You may also choose to chop your pecans. I think dark corn syrup and pecan halves give it more taste.

Ingredients

1 c
dark corn syrup
3
eggs
1 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 tsp
vanilla
1 1/2 c
pecan halves
1
(9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust

Step-By-Step

1Stir first 5 ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
2Mix in pecans and pour into pie crust.
3Bake on center rack for 60 to 70 minutes.
4Cool for 2 hours.
