Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - Steph

I recently had this decadent pie at a friend's house. It was delightful and fairly easy to make. ENJOY!

Ingredients

inch unbaked pie shell
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
sugar
4
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
pecans, chopped coarsely
1 c
karo syrup
1/3 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
maple flavoring

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla. Spread over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans even over cream cheese layer.

Topping: 3 eggs, maple flavoring, sugar, and corn syrup. Combine all topping ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over pecan layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until pecan layer is golden brown. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream, if desired. 12 servings.
