Pecan Cheesecake Pie

What's not to love...pecan pie and cheesecake all rolled into one!

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg
cream cheese, softened
1/3 + 1/2 c
sugar
2 tsp
vanilla
4 large
eggs
1 unbaked
pie shell
1 1/4 c
chopped pecans
1 c
light corn syrup

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In medium bowl beat cream cheese, 1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 egg until smooth.
3In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, 1 c. Corn syrup, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 c. Sugar u till smooth.
4Place unbaked pie-shell in 10" pie plate. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie-shell and sprinkle with pecans.
5Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.
6Bake on center rack for 50 - 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden.
