Ingredients

1 1/2 c
graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
pinch of salt
6 Tbsp
unsalted butter, melted

FILLING

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp
grated lemon peel

Step-By-Step

1In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press evenly into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2In large bowl, beat Filling ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly in crust. Refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours.
3Serve with whipped cream if desired.
