No Fail Pie Crust
- 3 c
- 1 tsp
- 1 1/4 c
- shortening. blend together.
- one egg in bowl,1 tbs vinegar,6tbs water
- add dry engredients to wet. and knead.
- seperate into 4 balls. equal size..
- roll out on floured surface.
- makes 2 doube crust or 4 singles
- can freeze extra crust if you are making 2 single pie crust.
