Ingredients For no-bake fruit pie
- CREAM FILLING

1 pkg8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 csugar

2 tspshredded orange peel

2 Tbsporange juice or orange liqueur
- CRUST AND FRUIT

1butter-flavored or graham-cracker-crumb pie shell

4 csliced fresh peaches

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cfresh blueberries
- TOPPING

sifted powdered sugar (optional)
How To Make no-bake fruit pie

1Chill time not included in prep time. Make day or night before.

2Rinse fruit. Peel peaches and slice. Toss peaches with lemon juice to prevent browning.

3In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and orange juice or orange liqueur orange, until smooth. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture into pie shell.

4Arrange peaches and blueberries over the cream cheese mixture.

5Chill for 1 to 24 hours. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
