Ingredients For mom's peach pie

1egg white, lightly beaten

1umbaked pastry shell 9 inches

3/4 call purpose flour

1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 csugar

1/4 ccold butter, cubed

6 csliced peeled fresh peaches
How To Make mom's peach pie

1Brush egg white over pastry shell; set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle two-thirds into pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

2Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
