mock caramel pie

I had some leftover biscuits and didn't want to waste them but I didn't want to make cold biscuit pudding either. So I decided to experiment and came up with the following recipe. At first I didn't know what to call it but then my husband said it taste kinda like Caramel pie. So, I thought the perfect name for it would be Mock Caramel Pie. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

Ingredients For mock caramel pie

3-4leftover biscuits

1 small canevapotated milk

1 stickreal butter
-
1 1/2 clight brown sugar

1/2 cheavy whipping cream
How To Make mock caramel pie

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Crumble biscuits in medium sized baking dish.

2In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat, stirring constantly, bring evaporated milk, butter, brown sugar and cream to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.

3Pour mixture evenly over biscuits. You may need to let your biscuits "soak" for a few minutes. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
