Mix in the pan pie crust
By Deidra Manintveld FRUGALISTIC
I found this recipe on the southernplate.com website and used it all through the holidays for my pies. It's the best tasting pie crust I've had in years and the easiest ever!
1 1/2 c
1 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 tsp
1Mix flour, salt, and sugar in pie pan.
2Slowly add milk and oil .. mix well with a fork and pat out to fit pan.
3Bake at 350 until brown, usually about ten minutes.

was it flaky

Ladies, it's flaky enough but, still has some substance. It holds up quite well and doesn't get soggy. I used it for my cherry pie last night actually, it's absolutely the best crust.
