This is an unusual pecan pie, but for pecan and chocolate lovers its a dream come true!! Pure heaven!!! This pie will disappear way too quickly!

Ingredients

3 large
eggs, slightly beaten
1 c
sugar
1 c
karo dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 tsp
vanilla
2 Tbsp
kentucky bourbon
1 1/4 c
semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips or 4 oz chocolate bar
2 1/2 c
pecans

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla and bourbon in a large bowl until well blended.
Stir in pecans and chocolate.
Pour into 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted half way between the center and the edge comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.

Makes up to 8 servings but with pecan and chocolate lovers around we have seen far less than this number though!
