Beat egg yolksAdd: sugar, lemon juice, flour and butter, stirring to blendBeat egg whites till stiff, then fold into lemon mixturePour into unbaked pie crust (8 inch deep dish pie plate)Bake slowly, 350 degrees, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Check at 45 min...and keep checking every 10 min, till done. (each oven varies)
