graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
1 (4 oz.)
instant lemon pudding mix
thin lemon slices (optional)
fresh mint leaves (optional)
Beat cream cheese until very soft.
Add 1/2 c. milk. Blend until smooth.
Add 1 1/2 c.milk and pudding mix. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.
Pour at once into the crust.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
