- key lime juice
- pie shell, baked
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Beat the four egg yolks and the white of one egg until thick.
3Add the condensed milk and beat again.
4Add the lime juice and beat until thick.
5In a separate bowl, beat the remaining egg whites until dry and fold into mixture.
6Pour into the baked pie shell and cook 20-30 minutes until set.
