This one is only for the holidays. My sister and mom LOVE Peacan Pie, and every year we buy them. Well, this year I plan to make ALL PIES. This is one I thought of today, the holidays will be here before you know it.

Ingredients

SET OVEN AT 335 F

3/4 c
dark brown sugar
1/4 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
3 large
eggs
1 c
corn syrup, light
1/3 c
kahlu'a
3 Tbsp
strong coffee
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract

SET ASIDE

pie crust shell (deep dish)
1 c
pecans

Directions Step-By-Step

Empty the pecans in pie shell (set aside)

In large bowel mix together first 8 ingredients.

MIX WELL (no lumps)

Slowly pour sugar mixture over pecans.

Put in 350 F oven, and bake for 45 min.

Check by inserting toothpick in center, sould be clean when removed.

Let cool completly
