1 c butterscotch chips
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Love this pie ! got this recipe from a great restaurant called PATTI'S 1800'S SETTLEMENT in Grand Rivers KY .

Combine sugar and flour in bowl. Blend in butter. Stir in eggs, pecans, butterscotch chips and vanilla. Pour into pie shell .Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown . Pie will set as it cools .

yes it is the greatest i just live so close to patti's love to go around the holidays ! hope you try the pie recipe . IT IS SO YUMMY AND EASY TO MAKE !

Nella, just looking over your recipe. In the directions, surely you meant "Combine sugar and flour in bowl" & not bowel ? Tee Hee
