My sister gave me this recipe and we love it. It's simple and makes two.

Ingredients

1 20 0z.
can crushed pineapple-do not drain
4
ripe bananas
1- 6 0z.
package frozen coconut
1 c.
sugar
2
baked pie shells
1 c.
chopped pecans
6-8 tsp
flour
cool whip, optional

Step-By-Step

1Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.
2Cook over low heat until thick.
3Cut bananas in slices and arrange in cooked pie shells.
4Sprinkle coconut and nuts over bananas.
5Pour pineapple mixture over all. Top with Cool Whip if desired. This is one of my favorite pies. Makes two pies.
