Ham, broccoli and cheese pie
another delicious way to use left-over ham.
- 12 oz bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
- 2 c
- cooked, cubed ham
- 2 can(s)
- condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 c
- 2 c
- reduced-fat bisquick mix
- 1 c
- fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp
- yellow mustard
1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 3-quart baking dish lightly w/ cooking spray.
2In baking dish, mix broccoli florets, ham, soup and 1/4 cup milk.
3In a bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended, pour over ham mix. Bake, uncovered 35 min, or until golden brown.
