Refrigerate/Freeze

Ingredients

CRUST:

1 1/4 c
graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/3 c
butter, melted

FILLING:

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c
lemon juice
1 tsp
vanilla extract

TOPPING:

1 can(s)
cherry pie filling

Step-By-Step

1CRUST: Combine all ingredients and press into 9 in. pie plate. Chill before filling.
2FILLING: In a medium bowl, whip softened cream cheese till fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Add lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
3Pour into cooled pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours before topping with the cherry pie filling.
4You may substitute almost any flavor of pie filling: blueberry, apple, peach, strawberry--whatever you like. If using apple, a pinch of cinnamon in the filling is a good touch.
