This is a great simple recipe for the holidays. It enhances the flavors of many pie fillings and is easily that go to for something different different, My family loves it. Hope you try and enjoy it too.

Ingredients

2 c
fine crushed ginger snap cookies
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 c
melted margarine

Directions Step-By-Step

Place ginger snap crumbs, sugar and margarine in the center of pie pan.

Mix well and then press to bottom and sides pf pie pan. May reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top if desires.

May freeze for future use.,or fill with your favorite filling. Chill and enjoy.
