So easy and yummy! I make this a few times every summer, and I'll be making one for the 4th of July - can't wait!

Ingredients

prepared chocolate crust
14 oz
sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 c
heavy whipping cream
8 oz
cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c
peanut butter
1 tsp
vanilla extract
hot fudge topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Whip the cream.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk and peanut butter until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream. Gently pour into the crust.

You can drizzle on some warm (not hot) fudge now, before you freeze the pie (which is what I do), or wait until serving to use the fudge.
